Happy new years all!! Hope that everyone got their Bollywood, Bhangra and Desi Fix over New Years Eve! I certainly did Hope that this year brings the best for you! With regards to music: this last year has been crazy — we've seen bhangra artists fusing into Bollywood, Bollywood playback singers & Djs from India jumping in on the Bhangra & Asian Fusion scene (a sound that was exclusive to the western side of the globe for many years). We've also seen a good amount new artists, genre shifting and new experimental sounds — so big expectations lined up for 2010! I'll continue to bring the hits as they keep comin!

Happy Halloween!!! Hope all you guys were able to make it our (or are in the process to head as this post goes up). We definitely had a major treat with one of Delhi's top upcoming remixers and djs – Dj RYK. As I mentioned on the show – I came across his music while I was digging for some fresh sounds to stock up for my record collection and stumbled upon a wide variety of bollywood and bhangra remixes that Dj RYK has been working on!! The genres range anywhere from hiphop/reggeaton to house, electro and progressive trance and you can catch all his latest jams in this special set that he's done for us!! In this live recorded set you can also hear how Dj RYK likes to mix up latest hits, switch up the tempos, drops smooth transitions and cover some heavy bollywood classics all mixed by himself!!!
